Introduction
Vulcanization accelerator DBU-B is a brown glassy crystal. It will quickly absorb moisture and become viscous when exposed to air. It will turn into a watery brown liquid when exposed to air for a long time. Moisture absorption has no effect on the performance of the product. It has a slight benzyl odor and is easily soluble in organic solvents such as ethanol and methanol. It is slightly soluble in water to form an emulsion.
Application
Fluororubber rapid vulcanization accelerator, bisphenol AF/DBU-B vulcanization system, as a vulcanization accelerator, completely replaces BPP, easier to disperse completely, the dosage and usage are consistent with BPP, 0.5 parts, mainly used in oil seal formulations, and the vulcanization acceleration performance is stronger than BPP.

Storage protection
This product is stable at room temperature and is very easy to absorb moisture. Be careful to isolate it from air. The shelf life of sealed packaging at room temperature is 2 years. Avoid contact with eyes and inhalation. Wear protective equipment when operating. After using and contacting this product, wash it thoroughly with methanol. Swallowing is strictly prohibited.
