Fluorocure-2# （Viton VC-20 ）

Introduction

Fluorocure-2# is made of BPP through special processing. This product is easy to disperse in fluororubber, has a lower melting point than BPP, and no white infusible BPP will remain in the rubber. It is also low in toxicity and no longer carcinogenic. The free chloride ions in Fluorocure-2# are reduced, which also reduces the pollution to the mold and the pollution of dust to the environment.
Light blue block particles, non-toxic, with rubber smell, insoluble in water, soluble in organic solvents, melting point 250℃, not easy to burn.

Composition

Mainly made of fluororubber 2601 and accelerator BPP, the effective content of accelerator BPP is 30-40%.

Application

Used for processing fluororubber products, mainly used in automobiles, oil seals, gaskets, hoses, rollers, O-rings, valve plates, etc.

Dosage

When used with Fluorine 3#, the recommended dosage of Fluorine 2# is 1.6 to 2 parts.
