Introduction
Light calcium compound containing 34% DFA is a low-pollution, low-cost general antioxidant among amine antioxidants. It has a protective effect on thermal oxidation ageing, ozone ageing and fatigue cracking of rubber and has an inhibitory effect on variable metals. Its volatility is lower than that of alkylated diphenylamine, and it is less polluting and less toxic. It can be used for tyre carcasses, belts and other rubber products and can be used with other antioxidants to enhance its anti-ageing performance. It is used for natural rubber and synthetic rubber, with a dosage of 1.5-4 parts. (Antioxidant content: 0.5-1.5 parts)
