Product Introduction

KT-M8 Colourless Wood Preservative is a wood and furniture anti-corrosion and anti-insect product developed and produced by our company. It is used for the anti-corrosion, anti-mildew and anti-termite treatment of wood or fresh logs, bamboo, rattan, grass and their products such as wooden pallets, wooden packaging boxes, wooden frames and other materials.

1. KT-M8 Colourless Wood Preservative has a strong water solubility, and it can dissolve in water quickly, which has a high penetration of timber.
2. KT-M8 Colourless Wood Preservative doesn’t contain arsenic, chromium and other persistent organic pollutants. The processed woods are harmless to the environment and humans.
3. KT-M8 Colourless Wood Preservative can kill wood decay fungi, mould, discolouration fungi, termites and other insects.
4. KT-M8 Colourless Wood Preservative has some resistance to loss; the processed woods can keep the original colour and will not affect the paint, adhesive, wax, and other follow-up processing.

Product Specifications

Use method

Add the stock solution to a certain amount of water, stir evenly, and make a finished treatment solution with a dilution ratio of 10 to 20 times
1. When using immersion treatment, use the finished treatment solution with a dilution ratio of 15-23 times. Soak the treated wood completely in the treatment solution for 1 to 2 hours.
2. When using brushing or spraying treatment, evenly brush or spray the finished treatment solution with a dilution ratio of about 20 times onto the surface of the treated wood.
3. When using vacuum pressure treatment, use the finished treatment solution with a dilution ratio of 15 to 20 times. It is recommended that the moisture content of the treated wood be below 12%; otherwise, it will affect the treatment effect.
4. After treatment, place the wood in a cool and ventilated place to dry naturally, or use a drying kiln to dry.

It is mainly used for anti-corrosion, mould-proof and insect-proof treatment of wood or fresh logs, bamboo, vines, grass and their products such as wooden pallets, wooden packaging boxes, wooden frames and other materials.
