Application:

2. DAOS is used for cholesterol detection: DAOS and 4-AAP are coupled to produce a colour reaction with H₂O₂ under the catalysis of peroxidase, and the concentration of total cholesterol can be determined by measuring the absorbance.
3. DAOS is used for triglyceride detection: triglycerides are catalysed by a series of reactions to generate DHAP and H₂O₂, and 4-AAP is coupled with H₂O₂ to produce a colour reaction, which can measure the TG concentration. 4. DAOS detects high-density lipoprotein The concentration of HDL is determined by measuring the absorbance through the colour reaction, and the concentration of LDL can be obtained by calculation.
