Introduction and Application

NSP-SA can be used to label proteins, antigens, antibodies, nucleic acids (DNA, RNA), etc. The dilute solution of acridine and its salts shows purple or green fluorescence. The dilute solution of salts has green fluorescence. When diluted, the salt hydrolyzes and becomes free acridine, showing purple fluorescence. Acridine salts are widely used and can be used as photocatalysts, dye preparation, etc.

NSP-SA can be used to detect and analyze various antigens, haptens, antibodies, enzymes, fatty acids, and vitamins. A variety of chemiluminescent systems are used in clinical tests, including luminol and acridinium esters and their derivatives, among which NSP-SA is considered to be an ideal luminescent substrate.

 

Advantages:

1. The acridinium ester luminescence system is simple. Unlike luminol, which requires an enzymatic reaction to emit light, the acridinium ester luminescence process does not require a catalyst, and the luminescence system is simple.
