Introduction
XLA60 accelerator is an accelerator for rubber vulcanisation, mainly used in the vulcanisation process of ACM rubber and AEM rubber. It is a compound containing tertiary amine groups mixed with an anti-coking agent to replace DOTG in ACM and AEM formulations and achieve similar vulcanisation performance to DOTG.

Application
It is currently used in ethylene acrylate rubbers, etc., at a ratio of about 3 to 4 parts. Compared with the rubber using DOTG, the rubber using XLA-TL6 has a slight increase in cross-linking density, an increase in hardness and modulus of elasticity, a slight effect on the compression permanent deformation, a lower elongation at break, and a higher constant elongation stress. It is used for high temperature vulcanisation and is very active when the temperature is higher than 149°C.
