Introduction
This product is a difunctional epoxy reactive diluent. It is a colorless transparent liquid at room temperature. It has no obvious odor, high boiling point, low volatility, stable chemical properties, and good yellowing resistance. When used in epoxy systems, compared with monofunctional epoxy reactive diluents, its cured product has a large cross-linking density, high toughness, and good mechanical properties (bending/tensile/impact, etc.). It is often used for dilution of epoxy resin systems and modification of curing agents.
Application
It is widely used in the electronics, electrical appliances, electromechanical, and machinery industries to reduce the viscosity of epoxy resins and improve processability. It is suitable for application processes such as potting, casting, lamination, and impregnation. It is used as a bonding material for insulating materials and is also used in solvent-free coatings and adhesives.
