Introduction
KT-3285 is a trifunctional alicyclic epoxy resin. Similar products at home and abroad include TDE-85, CY186, etc. Its molecular structure contains both alicyclic epoxy groups and glycidyl ester groups, and has the dual properties of alicyclic ring hydrogen and glycidyl ester. Due to the presence of highly reactive glycidyl ester groups, its reactivity is greater than that of general alicyclic ring hydrogen resins, its epoxy value is higher, its viscosity is lower, and its processing performance is good. Its cured product has the characteristics of high temperature resistance, high strength, high connectivity, and good weather resistance, low temperature resistance and electrical insulation. It can be used for high-strength, high elastic modulus carbon fiber, glass fiber composite materials, large outdoor power frequency equipment resistant to high temperature and high pressure, high temperature resistant adhesives, solvent-free paints, high temperature resistant insulating casting materials and encapsulation materials.
