Introduction
UV Stabilizer UV-101 is a liquid phenylmethylamine type UV absorber that can absorb 280-350 nanometers of ultraviolet light. It absorbs almost all of the 300-330 nanometers of ultraviolet light, with an absorption peak of 308 nanometers. It has the characteristics of good compatibility, low volatility, good dispersibility, low migration, good thermal stability, and high absorption efficiency. It is easily soluble in polyester polyols, polyether polyols, and isocyanates. It is suitable for polyurethane, epoxy resin, and acrylic resin, especially for polyurethane integral foam, microporous foam, fabric coating, potting glue, sealant, and crystal glue. The general dosage is 0.2-1.0%.
Application
It has excellent light stability when used in polyurethane products such as microcellular foam, traditional rigid foam, semi-rigid foam, soft foam, fabric coating, certain adhesives, sealants and elastomers, as well as polymers such as polyvinyl chloride and acrylic resin.
