Features and Uses

KT-9563 is an epoxy-functional silane, which can be used in epoxy adhesives and sealants to improve adhesive properties.
It is used in glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin, ABS, phenolic resin, nylon, PBT, etc., to improve its physical properties, especially the mechanical strength of composite materials, waterproof, electrical properties, heat resistance and other properties;
Used in the surface treatment of aluminum hydroxide, silicon dioxide, wollastonite, mica, glass beads and other inorganic fillers to enhance the composite materials;
Used as primer or additive to improve the adhesion of coatings, paints, inks, adhesives and inorganic substrates such as glass and metal;
Used as additive for resins such as polyurea-formaldehyde in foundry industry to improve mechanical strength.
KT-9563 is also widely used for copolymerization modification of polymers and synthesis of UV or EB cured silicone polymers.
