(Z)-but-2-enedioic acid;methoxyethene is a polymer formed from the polymerization of 2-butenedioic acid (2Z)- and methoxyethene. It is soluble in water and forms a highly polar smooth film with excellent wet adhesion strength and bioadhesion.
