Product Description
Product Details
Introduction
DIPSO is a dipole ion buffer, which is often used to maintain the pH of the system at a relatively constant value. DIPSO buffer is also commonly used in electrophoresis technology. When the current passes through the experimental substance, the pH value of the solution is kept constant and the ions required for migration are provided for the electrophoresis experiment. In biochemical research, the use of a buffer will limit the pH adjustment range of the buffer system. Therefore, DIPSO, HEPES, MOPS and other buffers are often combined to form a new buffer to adjust the pH of the solution. The pH high activity range of the combined buffer is larger, thereby reducing the concentration required when the buffer is used alone, while reducing the possible toxicity of the buffer to biochemical substances.
