Features and uses 

KT ML-200 is an aromatic diamine product with a molecular structure similar to MOCA, which can be regarded as a chemically modified "liquid MOCA". It is liquid at room temperature and does not need to be melted at high temperature compared to MOCA. 

The mixing temperature with the terminal NCO prepolymer is low, the process operability is good, and it is safer and more environmentally friendly. It reacts faster with the prepolymer than MOCA.

If it is placed in a low temperature environment for a long time, it may lose its fluidity. It is recommended to warm it in a sealed container and use it after the viscosity decreases.

This aromatic diamine product can replace MOCA and can also be used in combination with other chain extenders. ML-200 is mainly used as a chain extender/curing agent for a variety of TDI-type polyurethane urea elastomer systems, especially cast elastomers. The prepared polyurethane elastomer has excellent performance.

KT ML-200 can also be used to prepare polyurethane coatings, adhesives, microporous elastomers, spray polyurea materials, etc.

It is also an excellent curing agent for epoxy resins.

Packaging and storage

Plastic barrel or iron barrel, net weight 20kg, 50kg, 200kg.

ML-200 is easy to oxidize, so it needs to be sealed and stored away from air and sunlight, otherwise the color will turn black. If only part of the raw materials in the container are used, nitrogen must be filled before resealing.

Shelf life is 1 year. If stored beyond the shelf life, it can still be used after the main application indicators are tested and qualified.
