Features and uses
KT ML-400 is an aromatic diamine product with a molecular structure between 4,4'-diaminodiphenylmethane (MDA) and MOCA, and is a liquid MOCA analog. It is liquid at room temperature, and compared with MOCA, it does not need to be heated and melted, has good operating performance at room temperature, and can be mixed with terminal NCO prepolymers at room temperature.
It reacts faster with prepolymers than MOCA.If left in a low temperature environment for a long time, it may lose fluidity. It is recommended to warm it in a sealed container and use it after the viscosity decreases.
This aromatic diamine product can replace MOCA and can also be used in combination with other chain extenders.
ML-400 is mainly used as a spraying process for various TDI-type polyurethane urea and polyurea elastomers.
It can also be mixed with other slow chain extenders for chain extenders/curing agents for casting elastomers. The prepared polyurethane elastomer has excellent performance.
KT ML-400 can also be used in polyurethane coatings, adhesives, microporous elastomers, etc.
It is also an excellent curing agent for epoxy resins

Packaging and storage
Plastic barrel or iron barrel, net weight 20kg, 50kg, 200kg.
ML-400 is easy to oxidize, so it needs to be sealed and stored away from air and sunlight, otherwise the color will turn black. If only part of the raw materials in the container are used, nitrogen must be filled before resealing.
Shelf life is 1 year. If stored beyond the shelf life, it can still be used after the main application indicators are tested and qualified.
