Features and uses

KT link E-90 is a low-viscosity aliphatic secondary diamine chain extender, whose reactive group is a secondary amino group with slightly lower activity.

The low viscosity and high flow rate of KT link E-90 enable spray coatings to adhere tightly to rough surfaces and penetrate thicker coatings as well as bridged areas, resulting in smoother, more attractive coating finishes without the undesirable "orange peel" effect.

It can be used alone or in combination with other amine/alcohol chain extenders to prepare aromatic/aliphatic polyurethane ureas, polyurea products such as RIM polyurethanes, cast polyurethane elastomers, polyurethane sealants, coatings, adhesives, spray polyurethane ureas, etc.

It can also be used for bridges, concrete, pipes, water tanks, roofs, floors, and deck coatings.

Packaging and storage

200 kg galvanized barrel; special packaging is also available upon request.

This product should be stored in a sealed container at room temperature, away from light, in a dry and ventilated place to avoid moisture. If only part of the raw materials in the container are used, fill it with nitrogen before resealing to prevent the product from getting wet. The shelf life is 12 months. If stored beyond the shelf life, it can still be used after the main application indicators are tested and qualified.
