Polyester plasticizer is a polar polymer with good compatibility with PVC. It can increase the plasticization time of PVC to varying degrees. It is often used in combination with DOP and other materials to attract and fix other plasticizers so that they do not migrate to the surface of PVC products. When using, the PVC resin and other low-molecular liquid plasticizers must be completely absorbed before adding the high-molecular polyester plasticizer, otherwise it will affect the processing performance of the product.
Polyester plasticizer can increase the plasticity of rubber, etc., improve the softness and processability of the material, and effectively improve the elasticity, elongation and flexibility of the product. It is resistant to migration in paint and rubber, and has excellent aging resistance. After high-temperature aging of the material, a very stable vinyl compound can be obtained, thereby effectively delaying the aging time.
