Introduction
Polyhydric alcohol phosphate ester (PAPE) is a new type of water treatment agent with good scale and corrosion inhibition properties. Due to the introduction of multiple polyoxyethylene groups in the molecule, it not only improves the corrosion inhibition performance, but also improves the scale inhibition and sediment dispersion capabilities of calcium scale. It has excellent inhibitory effect on the deposition of barium and strontium scale in water that cannot be controlled by existing domestic scale inhibitors, and also has excellent scale inhibition effect on the deposition of insoluble salts such as calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate in water. It has a cathodic protection effect on steel and its corrosion inhibition effect is better than similar products currently available in China. Polyhydric alcohol phosphate esters are well miscible with water stabilizers such as polycarboxylates, organic phosphonates, inorganic phosphates, and zinc salts.
Polyhydric alcohol phosphate ester (PAPE) is a scale inhibitor used for oilfield water injection collection (especially recommended as a substitute for Nalco Visco 953) and a corrosion and scale inhibitor for industrial cooling water treatment.
