Its vapor irritates the respiratory tract and mucosa, causing corneal opacity, disturbance of balance, anesthesia and abdominal spasm. Steam and air form explosive mixtures with explosive limits of 6.2% - 15.6% (volume).

This product is a highly effective solvent. In the resin industry, it is mainly used to produce cationic resin which can become smooth and bright by using our dichloroethane as solvent, it also can be used to treat water in boiler tubes . In the coating and rubber lindustry, it can be used to produce various advanced and medium-grade adhesives with high adhesive and great adhesive effects .
