Introduction and Application
Vanillyl butyl ether is an oil-soluble thermal agent. After local application to the skin, it can quickly produce a mild and lasting thermal response, including accelerating microcirculation, stimulating subcutaneous fat metabolism, and promoting capillary circulation. The thermal sensation of vanillyl butyl ether is several times that of ordinary pepper extracts. It is less irritating, and the thermal sensation lasts for several hours. In addition, a strong thermal sensation can be obtained at a very low dosage. At the same time, vanillyl butyl ether is stable in nature and has a pleasant vanilla flavor.
Efficacy and characteristics
Mild and safe: Vanillyl butyl ether is similar in structure to most thermal agents (capsaicin, ginger extract). Compared with other thermal agents, it is less irritating, milder and safer.
Fast onset: Produces a strong thermal sensation on the skin, and produces a mild and lasting thermal sensation. Promotes subcutaneous fat metabolism and slimming. Vanillin butyl ether acts on the skin or mucous membranes, quickly activating the vanilloid receptor (also called capsaicin receptor, a channel complex protein) to open the calcium channel and depolarize the membrane of the primary sensory nerve endings. It can quickly produce a strong sensation of heat in about 2 minutes and last for about 2 hours.
