Introduction
Rubber vulcanization accelerator MBTS can be used as an accelerator for natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers. It can produce flat and medium-speed vulcanization, with a high vulcanization temperature, significant aftereffect, no early vulcanization, safe operation, easy dispersion, no pollution, and the vulcanized rubber is resistant to aging. This product has a slow vulcanization speed when used alone. It is usually used in combination with thiuram, dithiocarbamate, aldehyde amine, and guanidine accelerators. It is an excellent anti-scorch agent for G-type chloroprene rubber. It is mainly used in the manufacture of general industrial products such as tires, hoses, rubber shoes, and rubber tape. It can also act as a plasticizer or delay agent in chloroprene rubber.
