Introduction and Application

This product uses polysilazane as a film-forming substance, including diluents, retarders, leveling agents and other additives. It is used to solve the problem of room temperature construction and room temperature curing that is difficult to achieve for general ceramic coatings. The pencil hardness is higher than 4H and does not turn yellow. It is suitable for coating repair, wear-resistant fire-proof coating, outdoor hydrophobic self-cleaning anti-aging coating, and outdoor working conditions with a working temperature below 150℃ and short-term high temperature conditions of 800℃. The raw materials of skin-friendly antibacterial main paint are mainly ionic compounds. After curing, they form covalent bonds with the substrate, which greatly improves the mechanical strength of the coating in a chemically bonded manner.

In terms of compound use performance, special acid- and alkali-resistant raw materials are used, the coating performance is stable, and it is not easy to react with the medium. At the same time, the raw materials of sheet structure and rod structure also have a good enhancement effect on resisting ultraviolet light and cracking, so they can effectively resist environmental influences.
