Introduction

Pentaerythritol tetrabenzoate is a non-phthalic solid plasticizer. As a processing aid for PVC, it replaces ACR (acrylate modifier), increases unit output, and significantly reduces costs. As a solid plasticizer for PVC (polyvinyl chloride), it has comprehensive performance and can also be used as a processing aid to improve calendering and winding properties and obtain better thermal stability. As an excellent high-temperature organic solvent and polymer material additive, it is widely used as a plasticizer, mold release agent, antistatic agent for electronic material surface coating, electronic material soldering flux, hot melt inkjet adhesive, and liquid crystal material auxiliary agent. Due to the excellent thermal stability of pentaerythritol tetrabenzoate, it has a good lubrication effect on the extrusion and injection molding of PC, PET, PBT, PC alloy, PPO, PPS and other thermoplastic engineering plastics, and has an excellent dispersion effect when used in PC, PET, PBT, PC/ABS, PPS masterbatch.
