Introduction
KT-3530 is an ashless extreme pressure anti-wear agent with a dialkyl dithiophosphate ester structure, particularly suitable for industrial lubricants requiring FZG gear scraping load testing, such as industrial gear oils, ZDDP-containing anti-wear hydraulic oils, greases, and metalworking fluids.
Performance Characteristics
Can be added to lubricant formulations requiring high-temperature thermal oxidation stability
Excellent extreme pressure performance (helps pass FZG scraping load testing)
Good compatibility with water, calcium-based detergents, ZDDP, etc.
Helps pass FZG micropitting testing without compromising protection for ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
