Introduction
Rubber vulcanization accelerator MDB is used as a late-effect accelerator for rubber and can also be used as a vulcanizing agent. It can be used in NR, IR, BR, SBR, NBR, and EPDM. When used as a vulcanizing agent, it is similar to Willing TMTD in that it can be vulcanized without sulfur. The physical properties and aging resistance of the vulcanized rubber are basically the same as those of TMTD, and compared with TMTD, there is no need to worry about premature vulcanization.
