Introduction
Acetyl Trihexyl Citrate(ATHC) is a colorless, odorless oily liquid that is often used as a plasticizer for plastics, especially in the production of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) products to improve their flexibility and processing performance. Compared with traditional plasticizers, ATBC has lower volatility and good thermal stability, making it suitable for applications that require high temperature resistance. In addition, ATBC is also used in food and pharmaceutical packaging materials because it is considered to have low toxicity. The volatilization loss of this product is only one-fourth of that of dioctyl o-benzenedicarboxylate.
