Adhesive Antistatic Agent

Introduction:

This product is suitable for antistatic treatment of product adhesives. The antistatic agent and resin have good compatibility, have no effect on curing and adhesion, have a long antistatic time, and can effectively curb damage caused by static electricity. The surface resistance is 106-109, which improves the conductivity of the adhesive and reduces the resistance of the adhesive. It meets the requirements of static dissipation and protection of electronic components, maintains the performance of the adhesive, does not affect adhesion and viscosity, and can effectively prevent static electricity accumulation after curing, absorb dust, is non-toxic, non-polluting, non-corrosive, safe to use, and meets environmental protection requirements.
Application:
Adhesive antistatic agent can be used in adhesive products such as acrylic glue, PU glue, epoxy resin, silicone and different types of hot melt adhesives. It is suitable for UV curing, high temperature curing, platinum vulcanization and other processing technologies.

Usage:
1. Add the antistatic agent to the adhesive diluent, mix thoroughly, and then add it to the resin component.
2. Addition amount: 3%-5% of the total amount.

Precautions:
1. The antistatic agent, resin and other additives should be fully mixed to prevent the antistatic agent from being poorly dispersed in the product.
2. Please store the unused antistatic agent in a sealed container to avoid contact with moisture and moisture absorption, which will affect normal use.
3. When the filler density is high or when used with other auxiliary materials such as flame retardants and glass fibers, pay attention to appropriately increase the amount of antistatic agent.
