Product Description

Our company provides AKD maturation accelerator products, which can solve the problem of delayed AKD maturation under different paper grades and different sizing conditions. Added into AKD (alkyl ketene dimer) emulsion as an accelerator and fungicide, it provides a strong cationic component protective agent for the "third generation" high solid content AKD emulsion, greatly limiting the hydrolysis and migration tendency of AKD and promoting the maturation of AKD.

Application

This product is used in an alkaline sizing system in AKD (alkyl ketene dimer), which greatly limits the hydrolysis and migration tendency of AKD. The "third generation" AKD is mainly used for multi-purpose copy paper filled with precipitated calcium carbonate. After recycling, 60% of the cationic polymers containing cationic polymers can still be adsorbed on the fiber, which can make the paper have good water-increasing properties. Cationic surfactants can be used in waste paper deinking agents, especially for the flotation of water-based aniline inks. The hydrophilic group of the cations is easily adsorbed to the surface of the ink particles, showing hydrophobicity and enhancing the adsorption of ink particles and bubbles. The pulp whiteness is higher after flotation. This product can also be used as the cationic surfactant component of the resin control agent in pulping.

Usage:

Before using the machine, conduct a small test to determine the application method and dosage. Reference dosage: Add 20-30Ka of this product to one ton of fresh 15% AKD emulsion. The volume depends on the actual situation.
