Introduction
Allyl pentaerythritol (APE), the appearance is colorless and transparent liquid, mainly used as a crosslinking agent, such as acrylic polymer thickener and superabsorbent resin; APE is a molecule containing four functional groups , containing three allyl groups and one hydroxyl group.
Application
Used as thickener and cross-linking agent for high water-absorbent acrylic resins (SAP), unsaturated polyester (UPR) resins, UV curing insulating resins, Carbomer resins, etc. It can also be used as binder for powder coatings and in emulsion coatings.
