Introduction
Aluminum hydroxide powder is generally regarded as an ideal flame retardant filler for plastics, unsaturated polyesters, rubber and other organic polymers because of its filling, flame retardant, smoke suppression and non-toxic and harmless functions. Flame retardant mechanism of aluminum hydroxide: When the temperature exceeds 200°C, aluminum hydroxide begins to absorb heat and decompose and release three crystal waters, and its decomposition rate is the highest at around 250°C.
This product adopts modification treatment technology to improve the product's dispersibility, non-precipitation, organic polymer compatibility, reduce the impact on the physical properties of the substrate, and can be modified according to user needs.

Application
Aluminum hydroxide can be produced on a large scale, with sufficient raw materials, high product purity, and easy to dissolve in acid and alkali. Therefore, aluminum hydroxide is an important raw material for the preparation of aluminum salts, such as barium aluminate, aluminum sulfate, etc.

Aluminum hydroxide is calcined at high temperature to obtain alumina, which has high thermochemical stability, thermal strength, creep resistance, dielectric properties and low thermal expansion coefficient, and is an important material for synthetic ceramics.
Aluminum hydroxide is mainly Al (OH) 4- in water, which can precipitate toxic heavy metals in sewage by co-precipitation and then filter to achieve the effect of water purification.
In the preparation process of aluminum hydroxide, by controlling the temperature, concentration and pH of the reactants, the target products with different specific surface areas, pore volumes, pore structures and crystal structures are prepared. It can be effectively used as a catalyst carrier for the hydrogenation of unsaturated carbonyl compounds and the preparation of fullerenes.
Aluminum hydroxide can neutralize gastric acid and is non-toxic and harmless. It is a traditional medicine for treating gastric diseases.
Aluminum hydroxide has high whiteness, ultra-fine particle size, complete crystal form, and strong compatibility with brighteners. Using it as an additive for coatings and resins can effectively improve the whiteness, opacity, smoothness and ink absorption of coated paper.

This product is susceptible to moisture and should be placed in a cool, dry place. If the package is damaged, use it as soon as possible.
If the package is damaged or damp, dry it at 100℃±10℃ for 2 hours before use.
