Introduction:
KT55012A is compounded with basic zinc dithiophosphate antioxidant and anticorrosion agent, rust inhibitor, multi-effect ashless antioxidant and metal deactivator. The product has stable properties and good oil solubility, especially suitable for hydrogenated oil. This product is suitable for preparing anti-wear hydraulic oil with excellent anti-wear properties. Reference dosage: HM: 0.65%, HV: 0.65%
Blending process:
Select appropriate base oil, stir and heat to 65±5℃, add appropriate amount of antifoaming agent, demulsifier, pour point depressant and viscosity enhancer according to demand, stir evenly at constant temperature, then add 0.65% KT 55012A, stir evenly at constant temperature until the quality is qualified

This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The maximum storage temperature should not exceed 75°C; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45°C.
