Introduction:
KT 55003 is a zinc-containing anti-wear hydraulic oil compound that can be used in high and low hydraulic systems in fixed and industrial mobile equipment. It has good oil solubility and is suitable for all types of base oils.
This product is suitable for preparing anti-wear hydraulic oil with excellent anti-wear properties. Reference additive amount: HM: 0.6%; HM (high pressure), HF-0: 0.85%; HV: 0.85%.
This product can also be used to prepare paper machine oil. Reference additive amount: 1.3%.
Blending process:
Select suitable base oil, stir and heat to 65±5℃, add appropriate amount of antifoaming agent, demulsifier, pour point depressant and viscosity enhancer in sequence, stir evenly at constant temperature, then add 0.8% KT 55011, stir evenly at constant temperature until the quality is qualified.

This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The maximum storage temperature should not exceed 75°C; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45°C.
