Introduction and Application

Antioxidant 101 is a carbon free radical scavenger and a lactone type heat stabilizer. It can inhibit oxidation caused by processing at the beginning. It has processing stability and long-term thermal stability. It is particularly effective in improving melt flow index (MFI) control, color maintenance and long-term thermal stability.

It is beneficial to reduce the content of monomers in the final polymer (such as styrene-ethylene homopolymers and copolymers). The synergistic effect between hindered phenols, phosphite-esters and lactones can improve melt flow properties, with the advantages of low addition, high antioxidant properties, and low ash content.

It can regenerate hindered phenol antioxidants, thereby enhancing the antioxidant effect and reducing the overall antioxidant addition.

In the BO-PP formulation system, AO101 can effectively improve the processing performance, antioxidant properties and optical properties of BO-PP, and improve the production stability and film quality of downstream processing manufacturers.

Excellent high temperature resistance (TGA10% loss at 323℃)

No phenol yellowing reaction will occur.

Greatly improve the yellowing and core burning caused by polyurethane polymerization and ripening foaming
