Antioxidant 430 is a liquid phenol-free alkyl phosphite antioxidant, which has the dual functions of phenol-free antioxidant and halogen-free flame retardant. It has the characteristics of good compatibility, low volatility, good dispersibility, low migration, good thermal stability, and high antioxidant efficiency; it also has the function of quickly decomposing hydrogen peroxide. It protects the color and transparency during processing, enhances thermal stability, and provides long-term antioxidant performance. Antioxidant 430 is suitable for PU, PVC, EVA, ABS, SBS, and SBR, especially for polyurethane foam. It prevents polyols from generating peroxides and inhibits core burning and yellowing during the foaming process. Add 1% for polyurethane flame lamination flame retardant and add 10% for polyurethane foam flame retardant. The general dosage is 0.3-0.5%.
