Introduction and Application
565 is a high molecular multifunctional hindered phenol antioxidant.
AN 565 contains "6-dioctylthio-1,3,5-triazine-2-yl)amino" which makes it have both antioxidant and light and heat stabilization effects.
AN 565 is mainly suitable for post-processing stabilization of unsaturated rubber. It is very effective for elastomers and can protect materials from thermal oxidation degradation during production, processing and final use.
AN 565 has the characteristics of small addition amount, low volatility, high color fastness, and can prevent the formation of gel.
Applicable to butadiene rubber (BR), isoprene rubber (IR), styrene butadiene rubber (SBR), nitrile rubber (NBR), carboxylated styrene butadiene latex (XSBR), emulsion styrene butadiene rubber (ESBR), solution styrene butadiene rubber (SSBR), thermoplastic styrene butadiene rubber SBS, thermoplastic styrene butadiene rubber SIS. In addition, it can also be used in adhesives, natural and synthetic resins such as EPDM, ABS plastics, polyamide (nylon, PA), high impact polystyrene (HIPS) and polyolefins. This product has a special effect on rosin resin.
AN 565 is also widely used in adhesives (hot melt adhesives and solvent-based), depending on the specific application and experimental results. The addition amount is 0.05-0.5%
