Introduction:

The chemical name of Antioxidant DTPD(3100) is 1,4-Benzenediamine N,N'-mixed phenyl and tolyl derivs.

Antioxidant DTPD(3100) is a new type of p-phenylenediamine antioxidant. Since both substituents are aromatic and have a large molecular weight, it has low volatility, slow oxidation rate, and long protective effect. It can be used with similar antioxidants such as 4010NA or 4020 to make up for the shortcomings of antioxidants with excellent initial protective effects in the later period of use; at the same time, it has better resistance to metal toxicity than 4010NA and 4020, and is suitable for truck tires, off-road tires and passenger car tires that are used under harsh conditions. Antioxidant DTPD is a special anti-ozonant for chloroprene rubber. Its anti-ozone and anti-flex cracking capabilities are similar to those of antioxidants 4010NA and 4020, while Antioxidant DTPD (3100) has very little skin irritation, is safe to use, and has a long-lasting effect. Antioxidant DTPD can also completely change the defect of reddening of tires using antioxidants 4010NA and 4020.
