Introduction

This product can be used as an adhesion promoter and surface modifier between inorganic materials (glass, metal and fillers) and organic polymers (thermosets, thermoplastics and elastomers), and can also be used as a chemical modifier.

Application areas:

Glass fiber/glass cloth; glass and metal primer; mineral fiber insulation materials; mineral filling components; sealants and adhesives; paints and coatings, etc.

Advantages:Improve product adhesion; improve bending strength, tear strength, impact strength, elastic modulus, etc.; improve corrosion resistance, electrical properties; better filler dispersion, rheological properties, reduce viscosity; higher filling degree.

Suitable inorganic materials:Glass, glass fiber, mineral fabrics, silicates, quartz, sandstone, quartz, wollastonite, and mica. It is also suitable for aluminum hydroxide, kaolin, talc and other silicate fillers, metal oxides and metals.

Suitable polymers:Epoxy resin, phenolic resin, polyurethane, acrylic resin, PA, PBT, PEK, PE, EVA, PP, PVB, PC, PVAC, PVC, silicone, etc.
