Introduction
Butyryl Tri-n-hexyl Citrate (BTHC) is a non-toxic plasticizer, a colorless, slightly yellow oily liquid. It is basically odorless, with a solidification point of -55°C, a viscosity of 28mpa•s (25°C), and a flash point (open cup) of 204°C. It is soluble in most organic solvents, and its solubility in water is less than 0.1%. It is widely used in industrial and medical fields.
