Introduction

Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, also known as shea butter. It is extracted from the fruit of shea tree using bio-green technology. It is 100% natural and has the following characteristics:

>> Physical pressing, green and low-carbon, no three wastes, environmentally friendly.
>> Rich in triterpenoid components, which can inhibit inflammatory factors such as interleukin, cyclooxygenase-2 (Cox-2), and nitric oxide enzyme (iNOS) through the NF-κB pathway, and has a significant anti-inflammatory effect. It can also inhibit photosensitivity caused by UVB, stimulate cell regeneration and fight against aging.
>> Contains natural long-chain isoprene, which can resist ultraviolet rays, antioxidation and sun protecting.
>> Low loss of active ingredients in unsaponifiable, retaining all functional active ingredients in oils and fats. Rich in fatty acids such as Omega-6 and Omega-9 (85~90%), vitamin E and some specific lipids (such as phytosterols).
>> High in vitamin E and of consistent quality. It also contains traces of vitamins A and B, which can be benefited for skin care, antioxidant and anti-aging.
>> Chemically close to human skin sebum. It can melt under body temperature and is easily absorbed by the skin, which can deeply moisturize the skin, protect and stabilize the sebum membrane and enhance the waterproofness of damaged hair. Ideal for different skin types such as dry or very dry skin, sensitive skin, sensitive scalp, damaged hair, baby and children's skin.

Application 

This products can be used as a skin and hair conditioner and emollient in personal care products and cosmetics, such as creams and lipsticks, with the effects such as nourishing, softening, repairing, soothing, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti- aging and sun protection.

Rinse-off: 10% Max

Usage:
The product starts to melt at 34-36°C and turns into yellow oily liquid at 50-55°C. Suggested adding process:
Surfactant system: add at 80°C after the addition of surfactants, and then stir to dissolve uniformly;
Emulsification system: add to the oil phase and participate in the emulsification process.

Storage:

Keep away from ligth. Keep container tightly closed in a dry and well-ventilated place. Recommended storage temperature: 2-8℃. Suggest tightening immediately after use.
