Introduction
Caldecene is a chemical distilled from natural cashew nut shell oil using advanced technology. It is used to make epoxy curing agents, synthetic surfactants, or phenolic resins or to replace phenol in copper-clad laminates, boards and other materials.
Characteristics
1. Contains a benzene ring structure, providing high-temperature resistance;
2. Polar hydroxyl groups provide wetting and reactivity with contact surfaces;
3. A linear chain with a carbon-15 position containing an unsaturated double bond provides good toughness, excellent hydrophobicity, low permeability, and self-drying properties.
