Introduction and Application

1. 10, 12, and 20 are used as the main components of synthetic fiber spinning oils such as polyester, polyacrylonitrile, and polyvinyl alcohol in the textile industry. They have emulsifying and antistatic effects, making the sizing yarn soft and smooth and reducing broken ends; in the pharmaceutical industry, they are used as emulsifiers for the manufacture of liniments, creams, emulsions, etc.; they can be used as pesticide emulsifiers and emulsion polymerization emulsifiers for the preparation of water-soluble metal cutting fluids and household detergents.

2. 30 and 40 are used as components of wool and wool oil and chemical fiber oils in the textile industry. They have both emulsifying and antistatic effects. They are better when mixed with other antistatic agents. They can also be used to prepare slurry to eliminate foam in synthetic slurry.

3. 60 is used as an emulsifier, fat enriching agent, and emollient in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical industries; it is used to manufacture shampoo foam bath lotions, skin care products, and pharmaceuticals, etc.

4. 80 is used as one of the components of acrylic, vinylon, polypropylene and other chemical fiber oil agents in the textile industry. It has antistatic and emulsifying effects, which not only increases the smoothness and softness of the fiber, but also eliminates the influence of static electricity, which is beneficial to the warp yarn twisting, clear opening, and easy weaving.

5. 90 is used as a leveling agent and diffusant in the printing and dyeing industry; this product has a unique emulsifying ability for mineral oil. In the wool spinning industry, it is used as an emulsifier to prevent the rancidity of wool and wool oil; it can also be used as a crude oil dehydration demulsifier to reduce the oil content of sewage, and can also be used to prepare water-soluble metal cutting fluids.
