Applications
Dimethylamino Propyl Methacrylamide is a colorless to pale yellow liquid and is often used as a dye intermediate.
1. This product is used as a fiber modifier to improve the dyeability of acrylic fiber to acid dyes and the thermal stability of dyeability.
2. It can also be used as a pulp additive and coagulant, a dehydration accelerator in the papermaking process, a paper sizing agent, a film-forming agent, etc.
3. It can also be used in ion exchange resins, as a sucrose decolorizer, a lubricant additive, a polymer for photographic equipment, etc.
4. In the fiber processing industry, it is usually used as a fiber processing agent, an antistatic agent, and a dye fixative.
