Product Details
Introduction
This product is a cationic quaternary ammonium salt polymer surfactant, with the appearance of colorless to light yellow viscous liquid. It is easily soluble in water, safe and non-toxic; it has good hydrolysis stability and strong adaptability to pH changes. The solidification point is about -2.8℃, the specific gravity is about 1.04g/cm3, and the decomposition temperature is 280-300℃. Cationic surfactants cover the surface of clay, sodium soil or salt-resistant clay, so that clay can be dispersed in oil. Cationic polymer drilling fluid has good rheology, stable well wall, good eyebrow carrying ability, and has anti-sticking and anti-mud bag properties.

Application
It is mainly used for modification in the oilfield drilling industry to improve mud stability, inhibit the hydration, expansion and dispersion of shale, and stabilize the wall. As a cationic drilling fluid, it has a wider range of applications and is added in very little amount. It has strong resistance to temperature, salt and collapse, and is an ideal choice for drilling and merging systems.

Usage
Before use, conduct a test to determine the application method and dosage. Reference dosage: Adding 0.05-0.5% of drilling fluid cationic modifier to 5-10% mud can improve lubricity, wear and expansion inhibition, and the expansion rate can be reduced by 15-65%, and the plastic strength can be increased by 2-4 times. Compared with the usual lubricant dosage, it can achieve excellent lubrication.
Packaging and storage
Use PE plastic barrels of 125kg.
Sealed packaging, sealed storage, avoid contact with strong oxidants. Valid for two years, can be transported as non-dangerous goods.
