Introduction
EDTMP is a white crystalline powder at room temperature, with a melting point of 215-217℃, slightly soluble in water, less than 5% solubility at room temperature, and easily soluble in ammonia water.
EDTMP is a high-purity reagent and non-toxic, with a strong ability to chelate metal ions. In the electronics industry, it can be used as a cleaning agent for semiconductor chips to manufacture integrated circuits; in the pharmaceutical industry, it can be used as a carrier of radioactive elements for the inspection and treatment of diseases.
