Introduction

This product is a light yellow viscous oily liquid at room temperature. It will generally solidify below 5°C. The flash point is 310°C, the viscosity is 325mPa.s (25°C), the refractive index is 1.472 (25°C), the solubility in water is <0.01% (25°C), the solubility of water in this product is 0.55% (25°C), it is soluble in organic solvents such as hydrocarbons, ketones, esters, and higher alcohols, and slightly soluble in ethanol. This product is the most widely used epoxy plasticizer and stabilizer for polyvinyl chloride. It has good compatibility with PVC resin, low volatility and low migration. It has excellent thermal stability and light stability, good water resistance and oil resistance, can give products good mechanical strength, weather resistance and electrical properties, and is non-toxic. It is an internationally recognized additive for food packaging materials. This product can be used for all polyvinyl chloride products. Using 3-5 parts of this product in general soft products can significantly improve their thermal and light stability. This product can be used together with polyester plasticizers to reduce the migration of polyester plasticizers. It has a significant synergistic effect when used together with metal heat stabilizers. The use of this product can appropriately reduce the amount of other plasticizers, stabilizers and lubricants.
