Introduction and Application
Fatty acid methyl ester is a yellow transparent (colorless after distillation) liquid with a mild and unique vegetable oil smell. It can be used as biodiesel and can be mixed with gasoline when used. In addition, it is widely used as a raw material for surfactants (SAA) in leather chemicals and daily chemicals. It can be further used to produce other esters, ester amines, ester sulfonates and fatty alcohols.
