Introduction and Application
1. 1202, 1205, 1210, and 1215 are used in pesticides to prepare insecticides and herbicides. They are used as antistatic agents and emulsifiers for lubricants in the textile industry. They can also be used as oil additives and used in water-based inks and cosmetics.
2. 1210 is particularly suitable as an additive for ship electrostatic spraying, which can reduce resistance, replace high-pressure spray painting, and improve working conditions. In viscose textiles, it is used as a dispersant for inorganic salts and as an emulsifier for fats and greases in industrial lubrication.
3. When 1215 is used in man-made fibers, adding this product to the spinning bath can prevent sludge from depositing on the nozzle and improve the transparency of alkaline fibers.
4. 1810 This product is soluble in water and organic solvents. It is used as a leveling agent for reducing acid dyes; as a corrosion inhibitor for petroleum cracking devices; as a lubricant, emulsifier, and dispersant in pesticides, textiles, papermaking, and leather industries.
5. 1812, 1815 is used as an additive in the production of viscose fiber cords to improve cord strength, improve viscose filterability and processing technology, increase the single-filament strength of cords, and reduce the replacement rate of spinning nozzles by about 20~40%; it is used as an emulsifier, antistatic agent and dispersant in textiles.
6. 1820, 1830 is used as a detergent, emulsifier, dispersant, desizing agent, antistatic agent, softener in the textile printing and dyeing industry; it is used in viscose stock to improve the filterability and anti-silk properties of the stock, and when alkalized, it can significantly reduce the power load and increase the looseness of the alkali fiber.
7. 1860 is used as a leveling additive in the textile industry, used for finishing of silk printed fabrics, preventing white background stains and increasing brightness; in the daily chemical industry, it is used in shampoo to increase hair gloss.
