Introduction and Application

Fluorosilicone fabric finishing agent is a milky white to light yellow emulsion. The main raw materials are functional finishing agents that combine organic silicon and organic fluorine. The fabric finishing agent has strong versatility and can give cotton, polyester cotton, wool, nylon and other fabrics good water and oil repellency, hydrophilicity, soft feel and other properties.

Main uses:

It is widely used in the finishing steps of synthetic fibers such as nylon, polyester, natural fibers such as cotton, wool and their blended interwoven fabrics, giving the fabric good water-repellent and oil-repellent, hydrophilic, soft feel and other properties.

Precautions:

1. In order to ensure better treatment results, the fabric must be washed and dried, without residual chemicals and other substances, before treatment.

2. The fabric finishing agent is a weak anionic polymer and should not be processed in the same bath with cationic compounds.

3. Oil-repellent and water-repellent multifunctional finishing process: first immersion and rolling other functional finishing, then oil-repellent and water-repellent finishing.

4. This product has little irritation to the skin, but it should also be avoided from splashing into the eyes or contacting the mucous membranes and skin. If the above situation occurs, please rinse with plenty of water. Avoid inhaling a large amount of steam from this product.
