Introduction:
KT 44310 is a sulfur, phosphorus and nitrogen type gear oil compound with good anti-oxidation, anti-rust and anti-wear properties. It has the characteristics of low dosage, good economy and strong applicability. It has excellent compatibility with various base oils and is particularly suitable for the hydrogenated oil market.
Blending process:
Select suitable base oil, stir and heat to 65±5℃, add appropriate amount of antifoaming agent, demulsifier (industrial gear oil has demulsification requirement), pour point depressant and viscosity enhancer in sequence, stir evenly at constant temperature, then add KT 44310 of corresponding grade and dosage, stir evenly at constant temperature until the quality is qualified.

This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The maximum storage temperature should not exceed 75°C; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45°C.
