Guideway oil compound KT55015 (KT5015)

Introduction:

KT55015 is compounded with imported inactive sulfur-containing oiliness agent, antioxidant, rust inhibitor and anti-wear agent and other additives. It has the characteristics of light color and light odor. It is suitable for lubricating oils of various precision machine tool guide rails and impact vibration (or load) lubrication friction points, and reduces the "creeping" sliding phenomenon during low-speed sliding. This product can be used to prepare guide rail oils with viscosity grades of 32, 68, 100, and 150. The reference dosage is 2.5%

Blending process:
Select suitable base oil, stir and heat to 65±5℃, add appropriate amount of antifoaming agent, demulsifier, pour point depressant and viscosity enhancer in sequence, stir evenly at constant temperature, then add 2.5% KT 55015, stir evenly at constant temperature until the quality is qualified.

This product is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-corrosive. The maximum storage temperature should not exceed 75°C; if stored for a long time, the maximum temperature should not exceed 45°C.
